International Shipping

International orders are shipped using US Postal Service or United Parcel Post (UPS).  Charges are based on course weights and delivery addresses.  For a free shipping quote, please contact Client Services at inquiry@calvertservices.org or fax us at 410.785.3418, or call 410.785.3400. 

Canada and Mexico Shipping

Please note that all delivery times are approximate and additional time must be allowed for customs clearance. Duties, taxes and additional fees are the responsibility of the recipient; Calvert School pays no duties and taxes on its courses.

Shipping Supplies to Foreign Addresses

All Calvert School packages sent to international addresses are marked as educational materials. However, the supplies that we include in our course packages may cause problems when shipped to other countries, as it is often difficult, expensive, and time-consuming to get supplies through customs.  For that reason, supplies will not be shipped with Grades 1–8, unless requested. For the Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten courses, where the supplies are such a vital part of the course, Calvert always ships supplies. For other courses, a request for supplies must be made at the time of the order by emailing Client Services at inquiry@calvertservices.org to receive supplies with a course shipped outside the United States.
