The first recommendation is to upgrade some software on your computer to make sure the components required to run the CD are up to date. You need to go to a couple of Internet sites and download updates for some software on your computer. Listed below are the links we recommend visiting to ensure you have the latest versions of software running on your computer. You will need to visit these sites and download any applicable updates. Instructions will be included to walk you through the update process.
