Our Client Services representatives are your advocates from the time you make your first call to Calvert School. Their mission is to do more than simply help you enroll your child, order a new course, or respond to a general inquiry -- although each year they handle more than 30,000 requests for information. They stand ready to tell you how to contact an education counselor, help you to determine the best course, enrichment and shipment options, replace a lost book, or supply you with a much needed placement test -- whatever personal assistance you may require to keep you and your child's homeschooling right on track. They are your first stop for help with any issues, questions, or concerns.

Education Counselors

The Education Counselors are the core of parent support at Calvert. Our counselors have a thorough knowledge of the entire Calvert curriculum. You can contact them by telephone, fax, or email for free support services, which are available to all our enrolled families as well as families who are considering homeschooling with Calvert. They have heard it all – many times – so don’t be afraid to call them with whatever academic questions you might have. Our parents value the easy access and experienced support our Education Counselors.

Placement Services

Our Placement Services staff evaluates placement tests within 7 business days of our receipt of a test. We cannot accept tests by fax or email because the composition portion, which is a critical component in the evaluation, is often too hard to read.

If you have submitted a placement test, our Placement Testing staff will contact you by telephone at the number you included on the test if you are in the United States. When submitting tests from outside the U.S, you will. be contacted by email.

You may submit a placement test with an enrollment application and payment. We will hold the order, pending our evaluation and your final decision on a grade placement.

Student Records Department

If you have used our Advisory Teaching Service (ATS) and are seeking either a copy of your child’s transcript or a Certificate of Completion, you may contact our Student Records Department at Records_Email@calvertservices.org. When contacting them, please provide the student’s full name, the dates of attendance, the grade or grades, as well as a mailing address to which to send the document. Also, please include contact information in case we have a question.

Our Technical Support staff serves as a valuable resource. Our Technical Support staff stands ready to assist you whether you are having trouble getting started with our i-class, forgot your online account password, need to integrate one of our online programs onto a new computer, or have general questions about our CD-ROMs and or online course offerings.
