Boys' Lacrosse Camp

blaxCalvert Boys’ Lacrosse Camp is an introductory skills camp that stresses the fundamentals of the game. The boys will learn how to put on all pads correctly and how to hold the stick correctly. The boys will move on to the proper techniques for scooping, throwing, and catching. The players will then be able to implement the fundamentals within the context of a team. They will learn one-on-one techniques, as well as how to take advantage of extra-man situations. Each day will be highlighted by games that stress the skill of the day, team competition, and recognition for outstanding effort. The competition will be age-appropriate and the staff is very experienced in the sport. Special guests have attended in the past and may return this summer! (Certified athletic trainer on-site)
