Our Client Services representatives are your advocates from the time you make your first call to Calvert School. Their mission is to do more than simply help you enroll your child, order a new course, or respond to a general inquiry -- although each year they handle more than 30,000 requests for information. They stand ready to tell you how to contact an education counselor, help you to determine the best course, enrichment and shipment options, or supply you with a much needed placement test -- whatever personal assistance you may require to keep you and your child's homeschooling right on track.

The Education Counselors are the core of parent support at Calvert. Our counselors have a thorough knowledge of the entire Calvert curriculum. You can contact them by telephone, fax, or email for free support services, which are available to all our enrolled families as well as families who are considering homeschooling with Calvert. Our parents value the easy access and experienced support our Education Counselors offer.

As Calvert School continues to introduce more technology into its courses, our Technical Support staff serves as a valuable resource. Our Technical Support staff stands ready to assist you whether you are having trouble getting started with our i-Class, forgot your online account password, need to integrate one of our online programs onto a new computer, or have general questions about our CD-ROMs and or online course offerings.

Directions to Hunt Valley Offices of Calvert Education Services
From Baltimore and Points South: Take I-695 (the Baltimore Beltway) to I-83. Take I-83 North, heading toward Cockeysville/Hunt Valley. Take Exit 18 (Warren Road). Head east, getting into the left lane. At the first traffic light on Warren Road, make a left turn onto Beaver Dam Road. Go about 3/4 of a mile to the first traffic light and make a left turn again onto Beaver Dam Road (the Beaver Dam Swim Club will be on the left corner of this intersection). Head up the hill and cross over the Light Rail tracks, making an immediate left after the tracks onto Gilroy Road. Go a 1/2 mile to where the road dead ends. The Calvert Education Services' building, a brown brick building with a Calvert School logo on the wall, is on the left at 10713 Gilroy Road. Park in front or on the side and enter Suite B from the front.
From Pennsylvania and Points North: Take I-83 south toward Baltimore to Exit 20 (Shawan Road). Head east for 1/2 mile to the first traffic light. Turn right onto McCormick Road, heading south. Stay on McCormick Road until you reach the third traffic light (about 1 1/2 miles) at Beaver Dam Road. Turn right. Follow Beaver Dam Road up a hill for about a 1/2 mile. Cross over the Light Rail tracks and make an immediate left onto Gilroy Road. Go a 1/2 mile to where the road deadends.
