Calvert offers your family an outstanding educational value. Our mission is to help students reach their full academic potential, and we would not want financial concerns to cause a child to miss the Calvert experience. In that spirit, we have developed several options to help our families.

Payment Plans

We offer two payment plan options to assist you in budgeting for your child’s education. These plans may be used for grade level courses, ATS fees, enrichment courses, or any combination of the above.

Payment Plan Option 1

If you are purchasing a Calvert Classic course without the Advisory Teaching Service, you may extend your payments over 4 months following an initial deposit. A non-refundable administrative fee of 5.5% of the Calvert Classic cost plus 35% of the Calvert Classic serves as the deposit. Contact Client Services for details.

Payment Plan Option 2

If you are purchasing a course with the Advisory Teaching Service, you may extend your payments over 7 months following an initial deposit. A non-refundable administrative fee of 5.5% of the Calvert Classic cost plus 35% of the Calvert Classic serves as the deposit. Contact Client Services for details.

Note that the deposit % is only applied to course materials, not services such as ATS.  With all options, your account will automatically be charged for the remaining payments each month. Financial and Emergency Aid

We offer a limited amount of Financial Aid, which is determined by demonstrated need based on provided tax returns. Awards may be used for enrollment in a grade level course and the Advisory Teaching Service; they may not be used for enrichment courses. We consider all of the families who enroll in Calvert School as part of the extended Calvert family. When tragedy strikes, we want to help in whatever way we can, and with the generous support of our students, families, staff, and partners, we are able to offer Emergency Assistance. Recent scholarships have helped families displaced by natural disasters.
