Enrollment Application

Thank you for your interest in Calvert School. You can complete the Calvert School 2008/2009 Enrollment Application and submit it by mail, fax, or email to Calvert School. Detailed instructions are included in the application. Please make sure to complete all applicable sections and to include payment information.

Processing of applications takes 1-3 days from date of receipt at Calvert School. Shipping of courses usually occurs within 48 hours of the processing of an order.

If you are enrollling in the Advisory Teaching Service for Grades 4 and up, your application may be held, pending the evaluation of the child's placement test and the determination of the appropriate grade.
